Terms and Conditions

o    Should you proceed, 50% of the quoted amount is payable in advance before production begins, with balance payable on completion, prior to delivery or within 5 days. Payment of the 50% deposit indicates your acceptance of our Policy Terms & Conditions and confirms your order with dESIGNS ON PAPER. Order only becomes active once deposit is made which can be made by a direct bank deposit, cash, cheque or money order made out to dESIGNS ON PAPER.

o    Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; do check the website for current price list. All quotes include envelope with each invitation, printing and assembly. Extra charges apply to personalise printing e.g. guest names and envelope addressing and any additional art work.

o    If quantities or other details change during production please advise us as soon as possible as this may affect costs and turnaround times.

o    Prior to printing, the client will proof read to check for any errors including spelling mistakes and correct details of event. dESIGNS ON PAPER are not liable thereafter for any errors or incorrect information seen on the order. If an error occurs to the fault of dESIGNS ON PAPER please notify us ASAP for your order to be corrected and delivered free of charge. However if the error was on your part it may incur additional charges.

o    Samples can be provided for a $20 fee (this includes sample of invite, place card, reply postcard, bonbonniere tag and P&H). Any additional samples to the above will incur a charge per design. In the case of in-person consultations, this fee may be waived at the discretion of the owner/designer. When an order is placed and a deposit made, samples will be supplied to you free of charge.

o    Postage, handling and freight will be calculated/charged separately on completion, according to weight, distance and the delivery method preferred by the customer.

o    Should you cancel your order prior to delivery, you shall loose your deposit to cover any costs involved. If the order has already been fulfilled, then full payment is required within the 5 working day period after an invoice has been issued. However, if the order has not been commenced and stock has not been ordered, you shall receive part refund of your deposit and any other monies paid minus any bank and postage fees for art work. No refunds are given after delivery.

o    dESIGNS ON PAPER are not held responsible for any damage or loss once the order has been delivered to the client.

o    Each item is individually handmade, therefore slight variations may occur. Due to variations in computer and monitor settings, the colours displayed may not be the actual colour shade of the items you receive. We therefore highly recommend that you purchase a sample before ordering multiple quantities.

o    We consider your personal details confidential and will never distribute it to a third party.

o    We also may display your invitation design on our Web Site, in our sample albums, on display at our Expo’s and on advertising material unless stated otherwise.
